Tell your crew where they’re going
On this page
There is no separate roster to keep. A crew member’s phone works out where they’re going from the machine they’re on and the job that machine is on — so you plan the work once, on the job, and the phones follow.
Put the machine on the job
- Open Jobs and pick the job — or create it with the client, location and PO.
- On the job card, use + Add a machine and type to find it.
- If that machine is on another job, Lintelo names the job it’s coming off and asks first — iron never moves silently.
- Dry-hired plant goes on the same card under + Put a machine on dry hire, with its daily rate.
What the crew sees
On their Home screen, under Today’s site, an operator sees the client, the job number and the location of the active job their machine is on. If they’re not on a machine it reads “No site assigned yet” rather than guessing a job for them — which is deliberate: a wrong job would seed the wrong client onto their docket.
The machine is also pre-filled on their docket, marked “From the fleet register”, with a Change link if they end up on something else that day.
Anything the site card can’t say
For a change of plan, a gate code or a start-time shift, open Crew and push a site notice. It lands on every crew member’s Home screen and stays there until you take it off, so it works whether they read it at 5am or at smoko.
