Raise a quote and turn it into a job

Quoting and jobs are one pipeline: you quote the work, the client signs, and the accepted quote becomes a job the crew can docket against — no re-typing.

Build and send it

1. In Quotes hit New quote, pick the client, and add a line for each item of work (description, quantity, unit, rate). The totals are worked out for you.
2. Set a valid-until date and review the terms — they default from your company settings but you can tweak them per quote.
3. Hit Send and enter the client’s email. They receive a branded PDF with an accept link.

What the client does

They open the link, review the quote, print their name and a PO number, sign on the page and accept. You’re notified the moment they do.

It becomes a job

On acceptance, Lintelo turns the quote into a live job automatically — it appears in Jobs with its client, location and PO. From there, dockets tie to it by job number and the hours accrue on their own. Extra scope later is quoted the same way — raise another quote against the same client and it converts into its own job.
