Reports — find the answer and get it out
On this page
Reports opens on a library rather than one report — every report grouped by what it’s about, with a search box and stars for the ones you run every week.
- Search by name, or browse the three groups.
- Star a report and it pins to a Favourites row at the top. Stars are per device, so yours don’t move anyone else’s.
- Open one, set the date range (or use a preset — 7 days through 12 months), and read it.
- Use ← All reports to get back to the library. Your date range follows you between reports.
What’s in there
- Money & clients
- Job — every docket, machine and operator on a job. Client — who your money actually comes from, ranked. Quote pipeline — what’s out, what got won, your strike rate.
- Plant & equipment
- Machine — how one performed. Machine since purchase — whether it has paid for itself. Fleet compliance & service — what’s due and overdue. Pre-starts. Stand-downs.
- Crew & safety
- Crew — one operator’s days, hours and incidents. Leave & time off — balances and who’s away. Incident register — the WHS register for an auditor.
Getting it out
Every report exports to CSV for a spreadsheet or your accountant. The reports built on dockets also export to PDF on your own letterhead — that’s the copy you hand a client, a buyer or the bank, and it’s rendered by the server so it can never disagree with what’s on your screen.
Tip
Most reports drill in: click a row — a job, a machine, a client — and you get its detail, its dockets and its breakdown. ← All takes you back to the summary.
Good to know
Reports are on the Contractor plan and up. Costed figures use your diesel price and each operator’s own labour rate — if those are blank, the cost columns read zero. See Set your charge-out rates and labour on-costs.
