Agreements — get people and hire signed off on a phone
On this page
Agreements sends a document to someone’s phone and gets it signed, with a record of who signed, when and from where. Two kinds: employment agreements for your crew, and hire agreements for plant going out wet or dry.
Send one
- Open Agreements and use Assign an agreement.
- Pick who it’s for and which document, fill in the blanks it asks for, and send.
- They get a link, read it on their phone, and sign. Lintelo captures an identity photo at signing alongside the signature.
- Everything sent sits under Assigned agreements with its state — sent, opened, or signed — so you can see who’s stalling without ringing them.
Every signed agreement keeps an audit trail you can open: when it was sent, when they opened it, when they signed, and the identity photo. That’s the record that makes it worth something later.
Operator levels & rates
The same tab holds your operator levels — your own classification table: a level number, the casual and full-time hourly rates that go with it, and which machines sit at that level.
- The card starts empty — Lintelo does not ship a pay table, because one company’s rates are nobody else’s.
- Hit Set up your levels… (owner only) and add each level with + Add a level.
- Once they’re saved, the assign form grows one-tap chips for classification and rate, so a new employment agreement doesn’t need the numbers typed each time.
Plant going out on hire
Hire agreements can carry an on-hire condition record — the state the machine left in, which you can print as a condition report. It’s the thing you want when a machine comes back damaged and nobody remembers what it looked like going out.
