Every approved docket already carries the hours, the machine and the operator. Lintelo prices those hours both ways: turnover from your hire-out rates, and true cost from the machine's running cost, fuel burn and the operator's labour cost with on-costs. The difference is margin, and it updates as dockets are approved — no spreadsheet builds itself at midnight.

Where do the cost numbers come from?
From work that already happened: signed dockets carry hours, machine and operator. Costs come from each machine's running cost and fuel burn plus each operator's labour cost — all rates you set once. No re-keying.
Can I see profit per machine as well as per job?
Yes — the same view flips by machine or by job. Per machine answers "is the water cart earning its keep"; per job answers "did we make money on that contract".
Can I set a budget on a job?
Yes. Jobs take a contract value and a planned cost, and the actuals burn down against them live. Going over plan shows in crimson while you can still act.
Which plan includes job costing?
