Do digital dockets work without phone reception?
Yes. The crew app works fully offline — dockets, pre-starts and sign-ons queue on the phone and sync automatically when reception returns. Nothing is lost and nobody has to remember to re-send.
Can the client sign the docket on site?
Yes — the client signs with a finger on the operator's phone, and the signed PDF is emailed to them automatically once the office approves it. No scanning, no attachments.
What happens after a docket is approved?
The approved docket becomes an invoice line against its job and the hours flow to the pay run automatically. Approve once — nothing gets re-keyed on a Friday.
