The day, in order
The operator opens the app at the gate and signs on — GPS pins them to the site, and the office's crew board goes green. Fit-for-work is declared right there. The pre-start gets ticked before the machine turns over. Hours, loads and material go in as the day goes, and the client signs the docket on the glass before anyone drives home.
The timesheet builds itself from the week's dockets — the operator checks it, submits it, done. Leave requests go in from the same app, with the balance showing before they ask.
The office sees it live
Every sign-on lands on a live map. Rained-off days are marked in blue and stand-downs logged with what the idle machine is costing. Company notices go out in the feed — read receipts included, so "nobody told me" retires.
And because it's white-label, the app on your crew's phones carries your company's name and colours — not ours.

Fully. Sign-ons, pre-starts, dockets and timesheets all queue on the phone with no reception and sync automatically when signal returns.
Do my crew need training?
The app follows the shape of the day — sign on, pre-start, docket, sign off — and every screen has a ? button that plays a 20-second narrated clip of how it works. Most crews are running the same morning they're invited.
How do crew get the app?
You invite them by text or email from the office portal; they tap the link and the app installs to their home screen carrying your company's name and logo. No app store account needed.
What does it cost per user?
