Working offline — how syncing works

Lintelo’s crew app is built for sites with no signal. You can do everything offline — dockets, pre-starts, photos, sign-offs — and here’s what happens under the hood, so you know your work is safe.

What actually happens

It saves to your phone first

Every docket, pre-start and photo is written to your phone the moment you tap Submit — before anything goes to the office. Closing the app or losing signal can’t lose it.

It syncs when you’re back in range

As soon as the phone gets a connection, anything queued sends itself, in order. A bar at the top counts what’s still waiting.

You’ll know if something’s held up

If the office can’t accept something — a duplicate, say — you get a clear message about which item and why, rather than it quietly disappearing.

Get it moving again

If the count isn’t clearing once you’re back in signal, close and reopen the app — that kicks off a fresh sync. Still stuck? Take a photo of anything critical and email support@lintelo.com.au with your name and the job.
