I’ve forgotten my portal password
On your company’s sign-in page (yourcompany.lintelo.com.au/portal) tap Forgot your password? just under the password box.
- Enter the email you sign in with and hit Email me a reset link.
- Open the email (check junk if it hasn’t landed in a minute) and tap Choose a new password. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes.
- Type your new password twice and hit Save and sign in — you land in the portal already signed in.
Tip
No email arriving? Make sure it’s the address your login was created with — for safety the page says the same thing whether or not an account exists. An owner can also set you a temporary password from the Admins tab (Reset password next to your name); you’ll be asked to choose your own the first time you sign in with it.
Careful
The master password (signing in with the email left blank) is set on the server by whoever runs the platform, not from this page. If that’s the one you’ve lost, it’s a server setting to change.
