Sign your policies and paperwork

For the crew Updated 1 September 2026 2 sections · 1 min read

The office issues two kinds of paperwork to your phone: the company policies, which you read and sign once when you set the app up, and anything else they send you afterwards — a procedure, a safe work method statement, an updated policy.

Policies, at set-up

When you first set up the app you read the company’s policies and sign one declaration covering the lot. You can re-read them any time — they don’t disappear once signed.

Anything issued to you later

  1. Open MoreMy paperwork. Anything waiting on you shows a count on the row.
  2. Open the document, read it, and sign at the bottom if it asks for a signature.
  3. Everything you’ve signed stays in the same place, so you can pull it up on site if someone asks.
Tip
Tickets and licences live next door, under MoreTickets & licences — that’s where you check what the office holds for you and when it expires.
