Subprocessors
The third-party providers we use to run the platform.
Last updated 22 July 2026
To run the Lintelo platform we rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers (“subprocessors”). This page lists them and what they do, and supports our Privacy Policy.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments & subscription billing | United States / global | Card processing, subscriptions and invoices. Card data is handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers. |
| Railway | Application & database hosting | Region as deployed | Runs the Platform and stores each company’s isolated database. |
| Cloudflare | CDN, DNS & DDoS protection | Global edge network | Delivers and protects traffic to the Platform; terminates HTTPS at the edge. |
| Xero | Accounting integration (optional) | Australia / global | Only if a company connects Xero — used to sync invoices and accounting data at that company’s request. |
| Email delivery provider (SMTP) | Transactional email | Region as configured | Sends account, docket, quote and notification emails on the Platform’s behalf. |
Some of these providers process data outside Australia (see the “Overseas disclosure” section of our Privacy Policy). We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
This list may change as our infrastructure evolves. We will update this page and, where a change is material, take reasonable steps to notify account owners. Questions: privacy@lintelo.com.au.
