Acceptable Use Policy
What you must not do when using the platform.
Last updated 22 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service and sets out what you must not do when using the Lintelo platform. It exists to keep the Platform safe and fair for every company that relies on it.
1. You must not
- Use the Platform unlawfully — for any purpose that breaches applicable law, or to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- Breach tenant isolation — attempt to access, probe or interfere with another company’s workspace or data, or to defeat, circumvent or test the separation that keeps each company’s records isolated, except under an authorised, written security-testing arrangement with us.
- Attack the Platform — introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or networks, disrupt or overload the service (including denial-of-service), or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.
- Misuse credentials — share, sell or transfer login credentials, or let people who are not Authorised Users of your company access the Platform through your account.
- Resell the Platform — resell, sublicense, or make the Platform available to third parties as your own service, without our written agreement.
- Abuse or harass — use the Platform to harass, threaten or abuse others, or to send spam.
- Reverse engineer — copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Platform except to the extent the law expressly permits.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the activity of your account and Authorised Users, for keeping credentials secure, and for having the right to enter the personal information you put into the Platform about your crew and clients.
3. Consequences
If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may suspend or terminate access, remove offending content, or take other steps we consider appropriate to protect the Platform and other subscribers, as described in the Terms of Service. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Reporting
