Invite your crew

Your crew use the phone app to sign on and fill dockets. You can email each of them a set-up link, from either the Team tab or Settings → Invite crew.

1. Open Team and hit + Invite crew (or use Settings → Invite crew).
2. Enter the crew member’s email and send. They get a branded email with a link to open the app and set themselves up.
3. When they open the link, the app greets them with “join [your company]” and they create their profile.

Crew are identified by their mobile number, not email, so there’s no email needed to work — the invite is a convenience, not a gate.
