Import your crew, fleet or clients from a spreadsheet

Starting with lists you already keep in a spreadsheet? Import them rather than re-typing. Lintelo can import crew, fleet and clients from a CSV.

Open the Team, Fleet or Quotes (clients) tab and hit the Import button.
Paste your rows or upload a .csv file. Lintelo matches your column headings to its fields.
Review the result — it reports how many were added, updated and skipped, and flags rows it couldn’t read.

Tip

Imports upsert: matching on mobile (crew), unit number (fleet) or name (clients), so re-importing an updated sheet edits the existing records instead of doubling them up.
